Filter Cleaning Process
Your dirty filter is received at CAF facility.
Dirty filter is assigned number to produce tracking system and has an initial inspection.
Dirty filter is measured for weight and air flow pressure drop at test station.
Measurements are recorded in filter test log.
Dirty filter is moved to primary cleaning station that removes virtually of all debris.
Filter is moved to touch up station for final cleaning and inspection
Clean filter is sent to test station for final inspection and gasket repair/replacement .
Clean filter has final weight and air flow pressure drop readings recorded in filter test log.
Filter is placed into new plastic bag and boxed appropriately.
